New York Law Journal publishes article by firm partner Bruce J. Bergman

In its “Outside Counsel” section on June 12, 2023, the New York Law Journal published an article by firm partner Bruce J. Bergman entitled “Bidding a Nominal Sum at a Foreclosure Sale?”  Bidding procedures are a critical aspect of the foreclosure process and the role of the amount bid by the foreclosing plaintiff can sometimes be confusing. Clarifying that subject is addressed here.  Mr. Bergman, author of the four volume treatise “Bergman On New York Mortgage Foreclosures”, LexisNexis Matthew Bender (rev. 2023), heads the firm’s commercial foreclosure department.
